What an enquiry includes
If you contact TerraDesigns, the information may include your name, email address, business name, and whatever you choose to write about your project.
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used to read, reply to, and follow up on your request, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. They are not sold.
Email delivery and retention
The studio contact form sends enquiry details through Resend, the email delivery provider, to the TerraDesigns inbox. Resend processes those details to deliver the message. Enquiries are kept in the studio mailbox for as long as needed to handle the conversation, keep practical project records, or resolve a dispute, then deleted when they are no longer useful.
Demonstration websites
Forms on sample business websites are non-submitting previews. They show a sample confirmation state in your browser and do not send or store the details entered.
